It is custom designed to fit every customer’s unique needs and has the ability to track each batch produced through batch recording. If that isn’t enough, it can also quickly and easily switch between recipes for added efficiency.
The Intellescale Scaling System helps ensure product consistency and scaling accuracy, therefore nearly eliminating product loss due to quality defects.

It comes with a remarkable 1-year warranty on the scale and control cabinet along with spare parts including gearbox, motor, prox switch, photosensor, auger, and shaft so your maintenance personnel are fully equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
Additionally, a catwalk and stairs are generously provided in the base price to allow for ease of filling the bins.
